CHARLES L. BROCK

Charles Brock is Managing Partner of Brock Partners LLP. He was a Partner at Carter, Ledyard & Milburn and an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. In the last thirty years, Mr. Brock has served as Director and Audit Chair of five public companies and managed a variety of businesses. He headed the twelve subsidiaries of Compton Communications (now Saatchi & Saatchi) and the five subsidiaries of Scholastic, Inc., where he was also Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer as well as General Counsel.

Mr. Brock is the immediate past President of the Harvard Alumni Association, a Regent of Cathedral of St. John the Divine, a Trustee of the Appleseed Foundation and on the Board of Visitors of Northwestern University’s College of Arts and Sciences. He is former Chairman of Guild Hall (museum and theatre) and former President of the Harvard Law School Association.

Mr. Brock received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.



CHARLOTTE P. ARMSTRONG

Charlotte Armstrong is a Partner of Brock Partners LLP. Ms. Armstrong has extensive experience in her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, The Equitable Life Assurance Society, KPMG LLP and, most recently, The Ross Companies.

Ms. Armstrong is on the Advisory Board of Mille Capital and she has been the President of The Harvard University Board of Overseers and President of The Harvard Law School Association. She is currently the Chair of the Visiting Committee of Harvard Law School.

Ms. Armstrong received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University/Radcliffe College, an A.M. from Columbia University and her law degree from Harvard Law School.



MICHAEL A. BOYD

Michael Boyd is a Partner of Brock Partners LLP. Prior to joining Brock Capital Group, Mr. Boyd was for 25 years Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. Previous to that, he held the position of Associate General Counsel of DLJ and, prior to that, Associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell.

Mr. Boyd is a Major General of the U.S. Army (Retired) and was Deputy Commanding General (Reserve Components) of the First U.S. Army from 1990-1993. He is also past President of the Oxford Alumni Association of New York.

Mr. Boyd received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a law degree from Harvard Law School. He was also a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.


AMBASSADOR JENÖ C. A. STAEHELIN

Jenö Staehelin is a Partner of Brock Partners LLP. He is the current Swiss Ambassador to the United Nations. In his diplomatic career he has at various times been the Swiss Ambassador to Japan, Ambassador to the Holy See, Assistant to the State Secretary for European and North American Affairs, Minister and Deputy to the Director General of International Organizations, Vice President of Legal Affairs and International Relations of the European Patent Office, Member of the Swiss Delegation to the OECD and Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Foreign Service.

Mr. Staehelin is on the Board of Schindler Corporation and is the Chairman of UNICEF. He is also a Member of the Advisory Board of the Dean of Harvard Law School.

Mr. Staehelin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Bern, a graduate degree from the University of Bern and a law degree from Harvard Law School.


CHARLES O. SVENSON

Charles Svenson is a Partner of Brock Partners LLP. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. where he was the Head of Project Finance and the Head of Maritime Finance. He was also Vice President and Director of Project Finance at Goldman Sachs & Co. He began his legal career as an Associate at Dewey, Ballentine.

Mr. Svenson is a Trustee and Member of the Investment Committee of Hamilton College and a Trustee of the South Street Seaport Museum.

Mr. Svenson received his undergraduate degree with Highest Honors from Hamilton College and his law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School.
